Residential Home Inspections
Prices, on average, range between $375 -$550 per inspection. Prices will vary between mobile homes, condos/townhouses, and single family homes; based on size or age; and whether or not the home has an attached, detached, or no garage. Prices do not include GST.

Thermal Imaging Inspections
Thermal imaging inspections are included as a part of any residential or commercial property inspection.
Drone Inspections
Professional drone technology is utilized for any roofs deemed inaccessible due to height or weather conditions. Crawler drones are utilized for mobile home crawlspace inspections. Inspection prices include all use of drones.
WETT Inspections
Solid-fuel-burning appliance inspections: $225 + GST (if included as part of a full home inspection)
$275 + GST (WETT inspection only. Travel charges may apply for any stand-alone WETT inspection outside of the Red Deer area.)
Insurance Report
Insurance information report: $250
Walk-Through Consultation
For homeowners who may wish to forego a home inspection, we offer a walk-through consultation service where one of our experienced inspectors will give a brief overview of typical items examined and common problems found during a full length home inspection. This does not constitute for or supplement an actual home inspection. A typical walk-through consultation will take approximately 30 - 45 minutes.
