Mold & Air Testing

Quantum Property Inspections is certified to perform mold and air quality testing to ensure that properties are safe to be occupied. Floods and leaks can cause mold growth in buildings, and it is important to know if a substance that resembles mold is actually mold, and of what type the mold may be. We take samples of suspected microbial growth for lab testing and present you with a detailed report of what the samples contain. Your report will inform you of the type and quantity of mold and warn of any hazardous mold, if present.

Water Quality Testing

Many harmful bacteria, parasites, viruses, chemicals and heavy metals are invisible to the naked eye, so water that looks and tastes good may not necessarily be safe to drink. These can cause immediate health effects if not properly treated for. Quantum Property Inspections can take samples and provide you with a lab report which can test for the following; Basic Water Potability, Total Coliform, E. Coli, and Heavy Metals.
